1. Can I take pictures during the Time-out sessions? 

We would like to respect the privacy of every participant. So please ask for permission first before taking pictures or making videos of someone.

2. What happens when a teacher is unavailable?

In case a teacher is not available, we will foresee another trainer. In case no other trainer can be found (e.g. last-minute illness) we will inform you via e-mail and either foresee a follow-up event or refund you. 

3. Can I get a refund for a session I am unable to participate?

In case you are unable to participate to a Time-out event, you can cancel your participation up to 48 hours before the event via the “My events” link -> Cancel event.

When you have subscribed to an individual session, you will be granted a refund of your participation fee minus 1€ (the cost we make for our payment provider).

In case you have subscribed to all sessions in a class, a refund can not be made as you have been given a discount that is higher than the price of an individual class.

4. Am I insured when I participate to Time-out events?

Not by Time-out. In case you participate via your company, your company will insure you. In case you participate as a private person, your personal insurance will cover you.

5. What should I do in case I am injured during a Time-out session?

Time-out can not insure the participants to its events. Please contact your HR manager or your personal insurance company.
